You will need to set up ad server and set settings on how you want your ads to work.
The setup could be different, however, the goal is to show the highest-paying ad network first thus maximize your revenue of each ad impression on your site.

Do not forget that mediation ad networks do not own the traffic, they manage ads for you taking cut from what you make.
Carefully read and ask questions about what actually you'll be paying for the work.

Which one ad mediation partner are you working? I want to join with paid traffic site. I am driving daily more than 20-30k traffic.

They are using header bidder and probably have set a floor price for the CPM with the listed Ad networks competing for it. If you have like 1 Million pageviews then just search Ad Networks with header bidder.

You can always outsource your Ad inventory to an AdOps like Mediavine, Freestar, Adpushup, Ezoic, etc. Anyone will get you access to header bidding tech. Always tell them upfront that your traffic is through media buying and the countries you are targeting so you can fix a good CPM rate.

Mediavine is good but hard to get in and they want all your inventory. And they pay NET 90... so you will have to wait 90 days until you get paid...

Go for resellers with header bidding until you have enough traffic for direct connections. I can not recommend Ezoic. Ads load very slow and they can mess up your site.

Some i tried and do recommend:

valueimpression, nitropay, themoneytizer

themoneytizer is nice as you will get a lot different ad formats (including taboola ads)
nitropay has super fast ads and easy to use. Takes some time but they will connect you to all good SSPs.

Right now i am a big fan of valueimpression. They have the fastest payout and they use your adsense ads to compete in header bidding.

There are a lot other good resellers, but some want US traffic only, some have NET 90 payouts and so on.

@Bedros What payment schedule does NitroPays offer? Net30 or Net45 as I was not able to find that information in their documentation?
 
how much visitor you get from taboola now and ang cpc?I tried arbitrage method but i buy traffic from MGID.Their traffic very poor and i got banned from adsense.
