Questions about Arbitrage using Native Ads

Hi everyone, I hope you're doing great

I started my journey by creating a website in the health niche, I added some articles and started my advertising campaigns on Taboola, I was targeting mainly USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. I made ~$700 profite on adSense in my first month, but after my CTR on Taboola in down and I don't get enough visitors.

So, I subscribed to Native Ad Buzz tool to spy on my competitors and see what work for them, the surprise is I found many websites who buy millions of visitors from Taboola, but they are targeting Tier 2 countries like Brazil, Eriteria, Peru, Morocco... etc

When I checked their ads.txt file I found that they are no using only adSense.. here is the ads.txt file from one website:

How they are using all these networks on one page?
 
A little bit off topic but i want to run ecom offers on taboola, what are your thoughts on this? also im from Europe do they allow people from europe launch ads there?

I don’t think that this is a good idea unless if you have a big budget

And yes they accept people from europe
 
They use an ad platform that allows all those networks listed in ads.txt to bid, it seems from the RESELLER tags, probably it's adsense/admob since google and taboola are tagged as DIRECT
 
They all using ad mediation platform like ezoic. If you want to join in ezoic, I can help you through my manager. I am also using ezoic on my site.

I heard bad things about them!! I applied to mediavine
 
You can use Google doubleclick ads, you will choose your own company, bit as it requires a million view per month, out must apply through a certified Google ad agent website by making a free account first and apply using AdSense information.
Ezoic offers this, maybe oko.uk also.
 
They are using header bidder and probably have set a floor price for the CPM with the listed Ad networks competing for it. If you have like 1 Million pageviews then just search Ad Networks with header bidder.

You can always outsource your Ad inventory to an AdOps like Mediavine, Freestar, Adpushup, Ezoic, etc. Anyone will get you access to header bidding tech. Always tell them upfront that your traffic is through media buying and the countries you are targeting so you can fix a good CPM rate.

Why do they target Tier 2? Is there a huge difference CPC on Taboola?
 
They play in big numbers, If you want to be successful in arbitrage. Go with big numbers, only then you will see positive ROI.

Lol you have a lot to learn! Ad networks and ad mediation companies both use multiple ad partners via ad server with header bidding. My ads.txt files is 5x as long as that. Adsense SHOULD not be your only ad network in fact I don’t used Adsense at all and has made full time income for over a decade
