[Question] Youtube Manipulation - Account Side

Hello BHW members.

After months of tentatives, I have got a personal method (joining various ones) for the "manipulation" of my videos statistics (I work with PPD), the Views side.
The one about views number, audience retention...this is the ranking side.

Now I'd like to improve the CR% side, and I need a lot of accounts to manipulate likes and comments. I see a lot of videos with a lot of comments and likes - I think that videos' owners have bought an account pack (for example, Tubesters) and used them.
But I don't know this youtube aspect very much: I know that there aren't Youtube Accounts Creator because everybody who have one, uses it for accounts reselling.

What do I need exactly? Can you suggest me a group of services that I can use to have comments I want and likes?
I thought to EnhanceViews for likes, Vagex for comments...but that is not manipulation, is shitting my own videos.

For example, if I buy a 100 account pack, what is a good program (even paid, the important is that works!) to use them?

U2bviews. Get a decent amount of credits. You need 250 minimum credits to even send out a request, so put 250 for the views.

Then you'll see a comment box. Click Add Box, to add more comments. Keep doing this until you want to stop.

Type in all of your comments, and you're good to go.

Likes? Addmefast/YouLikeHits, send the likes out to your video. It's really easy to get credits. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube. The list goes on.

Yes maybe it's a good idea for custom comments, but sometimes I see videos that have comments with 30 likes...so they also have a youtube comment rater...
They have an awesome CR% with these tactics, can u2bviews rate comments?
I never used it.
