Hello, guys hope you all doing well. I want advice from SEO experts. After a year I changed so many pages meta description, titles and image alt text on my website. So should I resubmit site map to webmaster tool or do nothing google auto updates all?

It doesn't hurt to resubmit your site map. This will only speed up the reindexation.

Sometimes it takes Google months to crawl a page.

If you are active do it, If you are lazy, leave it. Google will do its job.

Definitely resubmit.

Before you do though, visit the sitemap manually and make sure it contains all pages and updated metas.
