Question: What factors matter in guest posting?

What are things that you are looking from a guest posting site? What are the biggest red flags that will prevent you from linking to your money site?

- Relevancy?
- Spammy / keyword rich anchor text profile?
- Something else?

I've had a couple of occasions when I've acquired a quest post link and the content of the guest posting site's has been copied to other spammy sites, causing my site getting links from other spammy non-indexed sites. IS there anyway spotting this in advance?

Go with known blogs, genuine guest posts and not thinly disguised PBNs.

Look for traffic, backlinks etc and history of the domain.

I'm only interested in blogs that have steady traffic above 10k or so. I'm normally looking for blogs with 20k+ traffic, but will pay for posts on blogs with 10k if the price is decent.

Simple if a site look like shit just ignore it
