Hey I wanna start an instagram journey here.
I'd like to know please what is the best email company to create instagram accounts.
An email company that does not require phone verification and instagram won't also ask for phone verif.
Any advices to not get my accounts banned and thank you.

I disagree...
As I read in this forum and generally in other forums about IG journeys and growing accounts, mail.ru is a fast red flag,not so important but it will matter if you do any mistake.
If you have time to create normal emails,I'll suggest hotmail as I had no problem with it.

Chose whatever email company you want,it does not matter ,if you act like a bot you will get phone verification anyway....
just make sure not to follow many people daily (if you will do follow4follow)
Another advice is : Post original content ,find posts that will go viral,and ofc shotouts

as Chris said, I heard that mail.ru is a red flag

The problem with hotmail is that it asks for phone verification !

If you are wanna make accounts in bulk, setup your own mail server. If not this then Gmail.
