Question regarding proxies and PVA

How many accounts is it safe to run in FollowLiker from my home with no proxy? I currently have 2 running and I am going to probably start one more. Is it also safe to use the same phone number for these 3 accounts? (2 currently use the same phone number).

Soon I will probably run more accounts, which I will use a proxy for. What is a safe number of accounts per proxy, 3-5? And should I use a different phone number for each account? Do the phone numbers have to relate in location to the proxy?

Final question, instead of buying more phone numbers, could I ask a friend to use their number to verify the account? (None of my friends use any bots or have any social media presence).

2-3 accounts per proxy - FINE. But again, never know, i always use everything only one time, especially if you want to build big and safe accounts.
2-3 per one mobile phone - DUNNO, it's always safer to add one number per account (in most countries new SIM cards are very cheap)
Of course it's fine to use friends mobile numbers, just be sure these are good friends, never know
