[QUESTION] Ogads Collecting emails and get paid

Hello to everyone, I have a question, is there any way on Ogads just to make people submit their e-mail address and you get paid per email, if yes, can someone help me ?

u can only promote lockers on OGads .. you can not promote specific offers .. also i think yes there are email submit offers there

One more question pls, I requested a landing page for giveaway iphone 7 then i got aproved after that I bought a webaite .biz and masked website that OGads gave me then pasted link(.biz) on instagram and uploaded a photo with "iphone 7 giveaway" and instructed people to got on my website and "complete registration" - so at the moment got over 80 comments with people saying "done" "done" but on oGads shows only 13 clicks 0 conversation and 0 revenue. BUT i got a 3-4 messages where people say that they installed app But don't know what do do next because it still shows "offer incomplete" or something like this.. anyway if they installed app that mean they completed a CPA offer, why i didn't got any cent?
