Block dead followers, reset device ID let account rest for 21days and pray to have a better engagement on your next login.
It will be better to delete it as it had less than 500 followers... I wanna know if I create a new account on that device, will that be already flagged or will it be a fresh new start?!

IG doesn't provide official info on this as it's part of the strategy to keep the spam fighting algorithms secret.
It's just something I noticed - these penalties never really get lifted.

Oh, I get it... "Big mystery, big discovers". Anyway, don't have any information that help to avoid it or get out of it here on the forum? Or web idk

Oh yeah tips on how to avoid it are all over the forum.
Mainly how to throttle your bots and choose the right proxies and so on.
