Question: back ups for followliker

Hi,

FollowLiker deleted all my accounts out of the program, this happened twice. I can't find the cause, does anyone have an idea?

So I am looking for solutions to create back-ups for FollowLiker time to time, does anyone know an easy way?

Also, FollowLiker sends notifications of the program backing up my files, where can I find them?
