Hi, I have two questions

How many youtube channel can you have monetized / adsense account?

Will they ban your adsense account automatically if you have many terminated youtube channels? If so how many terminated youtube channels can you have?

You can have unlimited channels linked to a single adsense account.
Usually your adsense wont get blocked when the channel get terminated but we cant say much about it as Google is volatile and might not react the same way for everyone.

Usually a Youtube channel get terminated after three .strikes, Don't let your channel to have the third strike. Disable all the videos, that way your adsense will be safe.

i think youtube has a limit of 50 channels per account but i am not sure

Create more than 1 channel in your account and turn on monetized 2st channel.
