well as I am starting to see the issue will selling the site on flippa is like others have said the website is useless without the biz op model. And to just sell the site would cause issues because the person who bought it would need to get a merchant account which is very difficult because the biz op industry is considered high risk typically 40-60 percent chargeback rate - which i have managed to not have a chargeback now in 8 months, anytime I hit the limit for my merchant they now raise the limit. So i think flippa wouldn't be the best way to sell it now unfornately.

Alight so after several days here is the final update: A business broker was the best the option, just finalized the paperwork and they are listing it for 250k. Thanks all for the responses.
