Question about pictures and copyright issues

Hi there!

I got this question that's been bugging my mind for a long time. All big accounts like let's say @millionaire_mentor (an account everyone knows) .. How or where does he get all his pictures from? These guys have pictures from let's say leonardo dicaprio with quotes on them etc .. You all know wich pictures I mean. They add there logo on it and that's it. Where does he get his pictures from??? Why isn't the account being shut down for copyright issues???

even then you must be careful because often its a cc licence but you have some to do like mention the owner or put a link.
so always check this as well ...
