Question about google submiting and about outranking category

When i create new post, should i just sibmit sitemap again in google webmaster tools or load desired page in gwmt and then ask for indexing? Or both?

And do you think is possible to outrank site like amazon when it ranks for the keyword with category? But not with the product?
Because there is almost no content on the site. Just links to the products. So the keyword is mentioned lets say 30 times on that page and it is like 30% keyword dencity on that page..
My idea is exact match domain with homepage article around 2 - 3k words linking to eshop. Of site seo vise I can build links manually, but just sinple 2.0s etc. No pbns, do you think it is rank able?

Any thoughts? Also when I'm building links I learn the hard way not to use main kw as anchor text, but is it ok to use it, when interlinking between my articles?
