Some user-generated content may be suited for dmca removal (as a forum users upload stuff but they are responsable for it through ToS upon registrar) as far as I know, the website must have a dmca request page for those matters. I know Reddit for example uses it and have no issues at all.

It's about the domain get seized or host puts the website down without any reason, it's not a issue for me because I can create a raid backup system with cloud upload, the thing is I just dont want to deal with it since it's all whitehat.

Looking to hear about your opinions.

You should be fine. if you are going with Vultr, make sure their emails don't land in spam so you can quickly respond if they ask you to takedown something. They have had a history of deleting websites if the takedowns weren't done within their stipulated timeframes.



- Put your site behind a proper Layer 5 firewall or a cloud Ddos mitigation service. Cloudflare provides basic free protection.

- hardren your server. Don't have admin panels open on the internet, cover stuff with 2FA, use ssh-keys instead of password-auth, all that stuff.
