Last night i was register in 5 CPA websites and 4 las declined by email 1 company call me and they approve me Can i pay to people to do this leads in site like microworkers and myeasytask. I`m not sure, is this works? Can you advice me. Also i have 5 account on twitter with 1000 followers i will send a message to all my followers and post some tweets with my leads. I hope to make some money.

you can't ask people to fill cpa offers, if so the cpa network is going to freeze your account.
the only offers you can do that are the incentive offers.

How do they know, and i have another question if complete email submit lead from proxy are they catch me?

they know because the low conversion, the refers, ips.
using proxy, they can catch you aswell, speciallly if you are using public proxy
