Question About Aliexpress Shipping

1. I saw most aliexpress sellers offer free shipping, but I heard that the free shipping option doesn't come up with order tracking number? Should i offer free shipping to my customer?

2. How much it usually cost if I use ePacket to send items to worldwide?

I've never had a problem with the actual shipping showing up, but with epacket you're going to be waiting a good amount of time for the product to get there. As long as you set the expectations to your customer correctly, this is not a problem. I've had the most success by letting customers know up front they are getting a great deal on a product because it is coming from China. This ensures the customer will not be blowing you up looking for the product in 2 days, and also assure you'll get another sale from them because they understand the deal is because you found a good supplier for cheaper.
