Hey guys we thought of starting a Joomla site.What acc. to you guys is the best hosting for Joomla?

prob one of the main hosts like any other site really. dont know many places that are cms specific.

I guess if you want to install it easy make sure the host has a one click installer.

I would chose between Bluehost and Hostgator.

Most reliable is Hostgor. . Then other choice is Justhost .

I hate hostgator. Their servers suck. Their load speed is horrible. I can't tell you how many times I waited a good 1-3 minutes just to save a post I created, or for my website to load. I'm using GVO right now for that blog. See how fast it loads? A good service. So are the rest I gave 5 starts too.

I created a blog post on my experience with each one I used. Normally any webhosting company can give you joomla as long as they have a Cpanel and a fantastico option. Make sure you download something like filezilla to help you move files and folders from your computer to your online storage area.
