Hey Guys,
I am newbie in BHW,
Please suggest me and help me.
I am running a sports website. which is running good but after the april-may update it's getting down

. I don't know whats wrong with it. I never use blackhat and also disavow the low links but there is not any improvement. Kindly suggest me what can i do.

You need an audit of your site. Either hire a freeelancer or for a basic report try this; https://www.seobility.net/en/

Are you still adding content? Did you checked your links on google webmaster tools? There is a lot of factors on google ranks and you need an audit if you cant check them alone.

Bad links doesn't harm if they are not created intentionally. Keep adding new and lengthy content and Google will be happy to make you happy.
Tell you a story. someone has added a lot of vigra and adult content using some backdoors of my website (almost 1100+ pages with links) they also created backlinks for those pages on adult sites.
When i found Google down my rank for most of the keywords, I mail to Google and one of the Google executive contacted me saying, "just remove the pages" and we generally don't count the bad links on your website, we only consider the good ones, so don't worry with that

i check my skte in seobility.
It didn't show any error

I check in GWT but I didn't find any manual penality and yes m updating my content
