But no, your domain is not expired, if it were expired you would see a different type of error, not the blank page

Next time, just check whois records. Your domain is not expired.
 
This is called a broken link. It occurs when the web server can't find the requested page because it no longer exists or has been moved. In other words, the intended page has been deleted or relocated to a new URL.

What you can do is redirect this page to a relevant page. This way the user won't leave your site.
 
this is a deleted page from your website, it need 404 Redirect to the relevant page
