Guys I need an advice,
One of my eComm site is pretty much non-existent in google. I found a Niche keyword EMD in same category as my site and I registered it as a domain. This EMD has 50k global and 20k local searches with Very easy competition. I have forwarded this domain URL to my eComm site. Now my question is how do I proceed further to improve my eComm site ranking? What would I need to do next to get this EMD in google at top, considering that it is only redirecting to my eComm site which is already crawled by google?? I would appreciate a little advice. Thanks

Best thing to do is try it and come back and tell us all about it.

No, a 301 is treated as a blank text domain name (like a desktop shortcut to the program). The only factors that apply from a 301 are it's link profile.

I used an old iframe template for my EMD domains (city rental properties) targeting my main property website and it's worked really well.
