Quality Hosting Ignores DMCA Reviews?

Sorry guys I am new to this if the post has already been answered but there are some threads I am unable to access because I am not Junior VIP.

I am currently considering WHlogic but I am unable to contact them, I believe they use BHW as well??

I am looking for an Affordable hosting($100/Monthly) or for anyone with reviews that are able to offer the following;

-Fast Upload
-100-150 people using my website at one time
- Ignores DMCA

Nobody will ignore the DMCA if they will file a lawsuit against him/her. Unless, you find some off shore server, so they wont track you, but only suspend the server (and all your content)
