Hello guys how's a going?

I created account in Mailchimp to use automated emails but I guess they are in premium version.

I did setup all emails 7/8 emails but they don't go through, only the first welcome email when someone subscribes is sent and the follow-up dont.

Which software I can use for automated emails?

P.S Mod can change the thread to another forum if I didn't post in the right forum.

Thanks alot

you can use email auto responder search at web there are lots of email auto responder .I cant post link other ways mod will thought i am promoting software

newsletter plugin is dope. It is paid for automated series of emails (65$) but it is free for welcome message and direct sending.

I can't find a free one without a trial most of them are with 30day trials

Try mail poet FREE PREMIUM up to 1000 subs and unlimited emails. You can also schedule series. Even for cold emailing, I have seen a good inboxing rate.

Why don't you use Sendy with aws ses?

Mautic
I don't think anything else that is free gets even close to it. Segmentation, campaigns, landing pages, forms as standalone or embedded and so much more, basically everything email marketing.
It's not a plugin, you install it like WordPress. I recommend a subdomain.
2nd or 3d edit (I'm forgetting stuff, maybe too old) :
Use any free SMTP provider, like Sendgrid, Sendinblue, Mailer Lite, whatever or go with AWS which is cheapest

The stats do not depend on the software. Mautic is not a magic wand to get you subscribers and clicks. Think of it like in-house aWeber or GetResponse.
Last time I used it was in late 2019. I'm not anymore into email marketing, so I don't know if it changed much, but I don't think so

I will try Sendinblue they have a free plan

you need iresponse application and a smtp server like any port 25 open account or aws ses or aws port 25 open
