[Q] Generate leads from job boards

Hey guys, wanted to know if that is proven and solid way to go. I've earned some decent money using my current lead generation method and looking for ways to expand and scale up.

I find major job boards very attractive in lead sourcing perspective. What if I get premium access to their database and convert ppl on related CPA and other stuff in accordance to help them get employed too.

The main question I got arised is that I prob not the first who thought that way and they might have plant seeded their database or something like that.

Is here anybody who has the answer from the first hands?

How are you going to get access to their database?

It'd all depend on what kind of leads you're generating, I am in the employment niche in the UK but database access is quite expensive and there's no assurance of quality. I've thought about it before and I don't think it'd work for me.

yes. i am in the job business as well and i think it would be a good lead source, but access to some of the job boards i use are really high priced.
