Anyone know of an easy and quick way to remove file extensions in Youtube uploads?

One would think there was an on off option for those...but not as far as I know.
    Let me know.

If you mean uploading the video so that the YouTube Title is the same as the file title without it's extension... that's easy

Just remove the file extension of your video file and upload it (Title.mp4 becomes Title) It will still process well (at least works for mp4 files)

Why do you want to do that?

Yeah, its really easy. When you upload the file it puts the file name and extension as the title. All you have to do in the Upload Manager while its uploading it change the title to whatever you want. Then the file name is gone.

You can also do this by going into Video Manager and then editing your videos after they've been uploaded.

My file names are the title I want the videos to be. It is just super long to manual delete the extension.
I am about to try out the method from the first post, as that seems to be the ideal method.
