[Q] Can I Monetize Gameplay Videos without Commentary?

I have two question's please guy's answer my question..

Question 1.

I Play & Record android games without any sound. I Don't add any commentary to them. I add intro/outro and background music and upload the video on youtube and i am getting some decent views daily. Can I Monetize them?


Question 2.

Usually i upload short gameplay clip video's on youtube and i got 90% retention on my short clip video's so i am going to achieve my 4000 hour watch time and 1000 sub in next few months. all my short clip's views are from exchange sites views... so my question's is can i monetize my channel will youtube know's that views are from exchange views site will they still approve my monetization or not?

Of course videos without sound can be monetized.

You can but it's not a good idea. When I see a video with background music instead of interesting speech I stop it at once. Maybe it's only me but that kind of videos are very suspicious.
