Publishing a Course- Need Help!

Hey guys,

I am planning to publish a new course on my website. Previously, I have had issues like theft, illegal download and stuff. So I want to do it IP Access style this time. .

I have seen courses where they give you access on IP basis. So for example, if you buy my course, I will give your IP access to visit the website.

How does that whole thing work? How to do that? Any idea or guideline/resources?
