I'm not sure if you're looking to access, for example, a German site from a German IP address?

I'm no expert, but as far as I know, you'll need proxies for the particular country in question.

I use anonymous-proxiesDOTnet which is run by a BHW member, and I currently use proxies from several areas of the U.S, Germany, Canada, several areas in the U.K., etc.
Good value, work fine for me, and you can buy as little a one at a time
