Proxy Guide (Help please)

Could all you experienced ones please help?

I am in the process on setting up an Black Hat operation (E-Whoring/Pimping) and needed help in the Proxy department.

Here is a list of what I need to do:

1. Create email accounts (e.g gmail) anonymously
2. Create Social Nework accounts (e.g. Facebook, Faceparty) anonymously
3. Post Ads (e.g. Gumtree, Craigslist) Anonymously
4. Create Webspace (e.g. Blogger, Freewebs) anonymously

I know using a proxy will enable me not to get caught in the multiple postings etc and stop my IP from getting banned from the various web services metioned above.

Im just confused as theres so much information on Public proxies (which Ive heard are useless). Ive heard that the best ones are private and desktop software that runs off your machine. Is that true?

I would like to know how to set such a thing up and how to configure and run it. Is there maybe software that does this for you - you just have to start/run it etc.

Please could you help or point me to a newbie guide to using them for this purpose.

Actually - I'd recommend checing out the proxy forum section and apekillapes tutorials on Charon + Proxy firewall + Socks 4/5...
It makes things super easy, and instead of looking like you're using a proxy, it looks natural I use firefox for all my usual stuff, then for BH stuff I use IE, and I set IE to send anything and everything through proxy firewall which is using socks 4/5. Kind of a set and forget, almost. Just regular daily maintenance to refill it with clean/working IPs

Yeah I just read apekillapes tutorial on setting up a proxy in Firefox - very easy to follow and learn. I know understand that part and also the part about you needing to refresh and renew your IP's so there clean and work.

Patrat, just be careful on your assumptions. Using proxies really only guarantees that less knowledgeable organizations won't find you. If you do too many anon's on google, they have fairly good detection tech.

Kinda think of it like this. You get your lists from sites (free or paid). G. can get the same lists). So if they suspect you're using anon proxies for specific things, then they just scan ip's for anon proxies and compare.

Plus depending how 'elite' your proxies are, they could leak info. Best to use Charon to check.

Then you get caught.

donar thank you - tried all the links that you offer and none connect ? - happy to look at the service you offer as i say have tried a number of times ?

Don't use publuc proxies for anything serious.

They're cool for occasional spam on websites you were banned at but mostly too slow for some serious posting.

I signed to about 5 services offering xy amount of public proxies, in addition I built a list of urls I can scrape them from.

I now get about 1-2k public proxies at any time. After removing slow ones, post-uncapable proxies I'm left with about ~300 or so.

then on top of that some of those 300 will die in couple of hours which is extremely annoying. I switch to a proxy and it doesn't work. I post, offline, need to switch and repost.

Not to mention the time i spend gathering them (or rather, the time I spent learning how to do it).


Save yourself the trouble mate, get some free ones. Look around BHW, you should get them as cheap as 1$ per proxy. 2$ TOPS.

Edit: forgot to mention how to use them.

Using proxies is relatively easy. Let's presume you need them for firefox.

You get an addon called premium proxy switcher (google it).
shift+m to open entry window. PAste the proxies inside.
shift+e to activate proxies
shift + s to switch to a new proxy in the list.


You can also use this firefox addon. It's written by one of the members of BHW. There's also a thread here. Look it up if you'd like.

It has tons of functions but sadly it does not seem to support keyboard shortcuts which is the only reason why I'm still using premium proxy switcher.

I have to disagree sifting through loads of rubbish proxies that time out all the time is a nightmare, how are you supposed to know where the issue is if you are using them in code?
I have even used tools to test them but that only means they worked at one moment, proxies die like stars, all the time. The first person that creates a proxy where you point at it and it monitors the proxies and if they don't respond remove them and continually adds new ones will make a fortune. But even private are not perfect as if you hit it hard them that ip or even subnet will get banned, this is why buying millions on ips on the same subnet with different ports is pointless, I am sure webmaster check for silly high number on ports...

You're contradicting yourself.


Of course shifting through 300 working proxies is a nightmare. What else would you call it then? A joy ride?

there's nothing more pissy than making a post, pressing "Submit reply" and getting timeout. Nothing.


You will NOT get this with private proxies as they're guaranteed to stay up while, as both you and I said public ones die constantly.

Even if you do add new ones constantly and delete old ones, then you'll just have a "fresher" list. Proxies will STILL die and they'll STILL piss you off.

Not to mention you need a software that will do that. Know a plugin for firefox that does that? I don't but I'd sure need one.

Thanks for bringing up this missing feature (keyboard shortcuts) for proxy tool FF plugin. This feature will be added on the next revision - maybe in 1 week.
