I am seeking a rotating proxy provider for mass account creation, I plan on making massive amounts of accounts and have tried Storm rotating proxies but didn't have very much success with these. Does anyone have a provider they could recommend that they've had success with? So far the only somewhat workable method I've used is scraping public proxies but I'm wasting thousands of emails in this process. Thanks.

No cheap providers would work since most of them are already abused like anything. You need premium providers which are out of reach for the most like smartproxy, luminati and geosurf.
Appreciate the helpful reply man. I will definitely be checking out those services and subscribing to the "best" option of those in the near future. Could I also ask you whether yahoo mails are still feasible for account creation, I saw that on valar-solutions he recently added that "yahoo webmail can be blocked" under his bulletproof accounts does this mean yahoo mails are no longer reliable for account creation? I was thinking of purchasing x,xxx number of yahoo mails and creating 10 disposable mails onto each of these to create xx.xxx addresses for creation. Is this a viable option in your opinion? Sorry for the hassle but your guidance is extremely appreciated.

Most type of email accounts if created through bad proxies or a footprint is found will get locked. I don't prefer using disposable emails or custom domains. Instead of looking here and there try things yourself and you would know what works best. Every other person will have a different opinion which might be suitable for some and unsuitable for the rest. I do everything inhouse and for the same reason I'm able to scale up conveniently while most aren't able to since they never tried things manually and don't know how to do things RIGHT.
