Promoting Porn On CPA Offers... Question

CPA COMPANIES WILL SAY: "What happens if I promote fake content or pornographic material?

What if:
There is a video that is hot and is very searched on the net, i do not own it, i just found a site that has it.
I do a video marketing campaign promoting only the title of the video wich is not porn related in any way.
On my webpage i have a Content Blocker with CPA offers, but my webpage has nothing vulgar or porn related on it(just a normal picture leading to the porn video. The picture has only text on it).

1. Could this method get me banned from my cpa company?
2. Has anyone tried to make money this way?
3. What companies do you know we could use to make money using this stuff?

Using a Content blocker with cpa offer is in most of case against cpa network TOS... So you will need to hide this BH traffic anyway porn or not porn
