Dont bother with casino and gaming on FB. It's very hard and you will most likely get banned every single time

Google and Facebook have some strict policies here. You need to have a certificate or to complete their advertising approval form so that they can check your business and give you permission prior to starting making campaigns. The reason why you see some of the competitors doing it is as they either have these certificates or they used some unallowed tool to start promoting but will get banned soon.

Advertising content should limit some offensive words and images
 
there is a way, but you will eventually get ban is just about whether how long it will last till you get ban
