Promoted Posts

What do you guys think about promoted posts on Instagram? Is it really worth it? Anyone have any good success stories regarding it? (Money spent, retention, reach, etc)

Very curious because I feel like this is a function that people don't seem to really discuss when it comes to growth

I've heard that it's good for growth (for posts that are already going viral).

Then again, I can't say for sure, because I haven't seen any analytics, studies, etc, on it, to make a sound decision.

You can do further research though to see if there's anything out there.

You don't hear about it because its inefficient use of money.
You spend X to get Y followers through ads.
For shoutouts, bots, f/u etc. you spend X and get 5-10Y

If you have a funnel that sells your product than it can be effective because you'll drive traffic to your page and they'll see your bio directing them to your product and when they click through and if they buy than you have just covered your expense for the traffic so those leads/followers came to you for free.

If you're just doing it for followers than so you can sell shout outs than i say don't spend your money on the ads.

IG/FB ads is overpriced for just account growth. If you have a good targetted audience you can make a good amount of money of product promotions.
It's all about ROI
