Promote and facebook and Twitter page

I'm wondering where to look for someone or how to promote my facebook page likes and and my twitter account followers. could I get any help?

There are a variety of companies that could provide this service to you. You could check out wpromote or perhaps Pure Visibility. These businesses are scattered throughout the U.S. but I'm sure you could work with them remotely.

I have heard people have success on Fivr finding people to do work and you could also check out elance.

One thing to keep in mind is that you should ask for references and actually check them out. To start off you might even want to take the extra step of just having them write content or consult and send you data for you to post instead of giving them control of pages.
