Note: no intention of sounding negative or offensive so don't misunderstand
firstly please remove the "donate" word cause when you use that in world of business it sounds risky to begin with (considering the scale you are mentioning), second your idea sounds more like creating a hedge fund (of sorts) and if it is then there is no question of trust but a matter of what assurances there will be (which will require solid paperwork)
now you are saying $10 per member, on the realistic side consider the amount of replies this thread has received so far, how long do you think it will take to reach $5.5 mil in investments?
back to your original idea
start new projects as one big team!
that sounds more like a plan but with one tweak if i may add
the teams will be local. the reason why i suggest local is the amount of control you can exert in a given environment.
The idea is to develop a site which can invite team members to work on an commission based IM idea and make it profitable (the splits can be 20:80, 20 for site 80 for team), furthermore based on success metrics the site can take it on another level by networking with 2 or more teams, there is never any shortage of ideas so i don't need to stress on those topics
the benefit of working in such an environment would be primarily recognition a local team can derive on an international playground, profits aside.
