Productive Start to the New Year

I hope you are all having a great start to the new year.

I have been busy today and have had a productive day.

I set up 2 new DBA's at the courthouse today and registered an LLC as a main company to house the various DBA's that I have and the ones I will be setting up in the near future. I also applied for a trademark today so hopefully that will come back in the next few days. I stopped off at the bank on the way back home and opened two new business bank accounts for the DBA's and also applied for an EIN for the new LLC. Started on my taxes and am already half way through May so I'm well pleased lol. The LLC registration, Nevada business license, Trademark and DBA's came in at less than $600 total so you can't argue with that.

I also spent a good hour researching what I will need to do to file my immigration paperwork later this year to finalize the citizenship process. Everything is looking up and all I really need to make sure I have in order is my taxes and some other simple paperwork. I have not left the country since I arrived nearly 10 years ago so its more of a formality than anything but its a F***ing huge thing that my wife and I want to cross off the list this year.

I wanted to start the new year off right and take action instead of lazing around resting on my laurels. With income from some monthly SEO and ORM clients as well as a few streams of affiliate earnings I just stepped back from practically all work and have been lost all of this year because of it. I have to hold up my hands and say 2017 was my laziest year ever so 2018 will be the antithesis of that. I plan on crushing it this year and getting many of my ideas on track and put into action.

What are you looking to achieve this year? Do you have plans for a new business and what are you doing to achieve those goals?

I finally decided to take some action. so far this year I have brought my domain invested in some seo tools. built a list of keywords with a reach of 300k. my first goal is £500 a month from online blog. hope to achieve that before next year. once I have that ill keep on working the 9-5 job and build some more.
