Let me say something about paypal, if anyone hasn't heard of http://www.nopaypal.com go t here, it's just a forum but for some reason some places say it has viruses and it does not. There are thousands upon thousands of complaints about the scam artists known as paypal.

They are idiots as well, I have a legit account that's 100% verified a nd only used to ebay transactions. once a week because I use a VPN I get the message "your account has been randomly selected to be verified" and this happens at least once a week if not twice.

I think at least for the USA and other countries should do this, the government should make laws and crack down on these criminals. Paypal screws a lot of people over and they get away with it because they operate with no regulations of any sort.
