Had to correct that mistake :L Anyways, mostly if you register at a cpa network, you get a personal affiliate manager, which you can call. Try calling him, as it takes them most of the time several days to reply to your email, depends on network of course. If your website get good traffic, and your idea to earn money with them is good, why shouldn't they let you join their network, and earn money for them and you?
