You should check your balance every day, and when the balance is low, notify customers to deposit money and set a limit so that ads do not exceed the amount in the balance.
The customer is intentionally not recharging and they want to spend a lot on my payment card, then they will block my messages and not pay the outstanding balanceYou should check your balance every day, and when the balance is low, notify customers to deposit money and set a limit so that ads do not exceed the amount in the balance.
sounds like you need to dump that customer they are a liability if stopping there campaign bothers them this much that is all the more reason they should take your concerns more seriouslyThe customer is intentionally not recharging and they want to spend a lot on my payment card, then they will block my messages and not pay the outstanding balance
My agency always informs me about my balance every day, when it gets low they will ask me to top up or they will stop my campaignSome agencies recently said: ''Customers often rent advertising accounts to use, but they often go over budget and then do not pay the agency''
With such problems, how should we solve them or will we lose that money?
lol that's big amount of money. What did you do then??Today the budget is still positive but later it could be negative up to $10K - $15K. And when reminding customers to recharge, they often say they are busy. Then no payment.![]()

I don't know how they do it, but they don't turn it off, it seems they stop depositing money into the accountTurning off a campaign will affect ad delivery and I limit doing that to existing client accounts.
I have to face those unwanted thingslol that's big amount of money. What did you do then??
I understand that, so I always top up when my balance is lowTurning off a campaign will affect ad delivery and I limit doing that to existing client accounts.
It's not that effective. Not all customers pay in advance until their campaign has spent a lot of money.Pay in advance (Top up first, then run ads later).
Some of my clients use Payoneer and when he transfers on Friday night, we receive the budget on Monday morning. You should constantly update customer spending. If the budget is running low, you should ask the customer to transfer more budget.
However, many deposit portals cannot deposit money on Saturday and Sunday. Please ask customers to transfer Saturday and Sunday budget from Friday
