Problem with tumblr displaying my posts on selected tags

I don't understand why my posts on tumblr are not displayed on the tags I chosed.
I have an adult tumblr blog and selecting 5 tags still my posts are not showed in those. Where do am I wrong?
I flagged the blog as NSFW, could it possibly be the reason?
