Problem with Facebook personal account!

Hi, guys, I hope everyone doing well, facebook was banned my personal account that I use for 11 years after they ask me about verifying my id with upload my real picture, i have done that I upload my picture, after 24h boom my account get banned, i don't know the reason, because I use my real picture with my real information, I try to create new account, but same thing happen to me again they ask me about my picture i take it i upload it and they banned my account, i try to create many accounts but same thing still happen.

please guys if anyone knows a solution for this problem let me know
also, guys, i think facebook was banned my IP address, do you think guys should I change my laptop and my IP address?

If you really used your legit ID, then Facebook won't ban your account. Contact Facebook for further explanation from them.

They will continue to ban your accounts on your I.P. until the original problem or mistake is fixed.

I try to contact them and I send them my ID but never receive any response

I have contacted the company that provides me internet LAN, and I tell them to change my IP and they are changing it, now I will open a new account using a new clean IP and new device, so what do you think?

there’s a chance this may work but use a different email and a different password

Buy a cheap android or ios phone and hit a coffee shop and use their wifi until you get things worked out with your home IP. All of this is a bit confusing, if all the info is yours you should get your account back?

It is not a wise decision to buy a new laptop for just a new Facebook account unless you are making money with that account.

I made 2 different accounts with same IP and picture .Boom my account was also banned even I provided everything to the authorities.I will suggest to change the router only and when the IPV4 changes everything gets sorted. In my case it worked out.

Buying a laptop try a VPS.If it works out with VPS then its your laptop problem otherwise its some other issue.VPS is very cheap and I recommend you to try VPS because its way more cheaper than a laptop.

hi guys, i get new laptop and i change my internet IP address but still same problem, when i try to create new facebook account, before i complete all register steeps, they are start asking me to upload a picture of my self, i do that but after 24h from sending the picture i open the account i found it disabled

please if any one have any idea how i can fix that problem please tell me
