[PROBLEM] Instagram Action Block

Hi,
Did to many action on my Instagram account.
Actions were manually.

How long it takes to get rid of the action block? Is there any way to do it faster?

I can post stories and posts, but no caption appears on posts.

When I post and put caption/hashtags/tags only the tags remain.
Caption and hashtags get deleted...without any warning..

When I post the picture, the caption and hashtags don't show. Only the picture is posted.
I can't comment and like.
 
If you cant like, then its going to be a few days.. around 2-4 days.

If you can like then it is a temp block and should be over in a few hours

4 days passed and still can't like and comment :/
 
Now adays blocks are temporarily applied. If you get blocks rapidly, the short temp. block turns into a week block. If you continue after that - problems will get worse and longer.

So I'd say give it a few days
