Problem creating Apple ID's (iTunes accounts)

Hello,

I have created a bot that creates Apple ID's in the browser and confirming them in iTunes. Everything worked well until about 2 weeks ago, I was able to created 60.000 accounts. Then I always started getting this common error at the final step in iTunes: "For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/"

I have tried changing IP's using VPN's, dedicated IP's and Socks proxies without any results. I have tried different iTunes versions, formatting PC but nothing seems to be helping. Always this error comes up at the last step.

Does anyone know how to tackle this error? What else I could try? I hope someone can help me on this and hopefully I could help in return.
