I think it's also important for everyone to note that not all of the mods on this forum are paid staff members and many do it out of the goodness of their hearts with no expectation of monetary gains or anything at all in return.

So when you see a mod intervening in a thread, put yourself in their shoes. They are trying to help SOLVE something and they are not under any mandatory obligation to do so.

I have met several of the mods on this forumn in person at the conferences, including Apricot and I can tell you that they are all great people and without them this forum would be non-existent.

So to all the mods on this forum, hats off to you guys. Specially the vets who have been on this board for nearly a decade.... OldSalt, Wiz, Jazz, Iknowseo, just to name a few!
