[Pro-tip] How to respond to infractions

We give out a lot of infractions. None of them are personal, they're to tell you that you've broken the rules and what you need to avoid in future. These are examples of recent replies to infractions.

This is a *good* way to reply:

Ok, got it. Thanks for the info, won't happen again.

What are you talking about? I did not break the rules. Why are you stalking me? I'm going to report you for stalking me. And harrassing me. Stop this immediately.

If you're genuinely not sure why you got the infraction, feel free to clarify but make it polite and civil, like:

I don't understand why bumping an old thread with "lol" got me an infraction. Could you tell me so I don't do it again

Sidenote: I'm not sure why people are convinced I'm stalking them but I've heard this at least twenty or so times. To clear it up - most of you just aren't that fascinating. Sorry.

Please, we don't get anything as easy as adding a couple of points to our own profile. It's a demanding process that involves talking to yourself about what you did wrong. It can get pretty intense.

It takes as long as it takes. But the better you are at describing your service accurately, providing the information we're after and following instructions, it'll go faster. Just to be aware, most of the sellers that have gone through the review process don't tend to like me very much afterwards :D

No matter how the going throught routin process is smoothly or tought, success or fail to me, I wouldn't blame you. I have to find problems of my service(?) and go throught again.
 
Little do they know that you're not the one stalking them.
