Just to provide a small review on this thread, I have been with Actproxy with over a year and the service has been decent for my requirements till now. The proxies have been fairly stable and the support was also decent till now. Hope they would improve the service even further. :)

I am looking for proxies with spicific puropose :
1- Virgin
2- Non-Sequential IPs
3- User/pass AUTH
4- the most important thing is to not leak the real ip and to look on google as it look on whatismyip , I mean some USA proxies when use it with google it look like from hong kong or any other place ...

Virgin IPs for proxy providers are almost non-existent due to the fact IPv4 have been depleted at the national registry level. ARIN ran out of IPv4 addresses long ago. You can skype us at ags.rocks if you want to continue.

This can happen sometimes due to an error in the payment processing. We'll refund you as soon as we get to your ticket, apologies for that.
 
Yes for 500+ proxies, how many do you need?
 
i used from day 1 for dedi proxy and it's faulty cannot be use. now i ask for replacement, need $1 for each replacement, is this true?!?!
