Wow, nice support! So actually the support is try to "Hey I tested and it's all good, I don't know how about you but it's working (for us)". What the actual F? I thought I would get some support like what's the problem, what should I do to get it working. Instead I got all denial answers.

@agsllc if you're "Frank Carhol", I really wish you could try to be nice to people, try to help people when they seek for support. If you're the business owner, you should check my tickets #999909, #691160 to see the problems. I really try to like Actproxy because of the bang for the bucks, but if you care, I requested cancellation to my proxies immediately because it has turned to shit, I get 403 forbidden all the time for most of my proxies, or even unable to connect.

It's been nearly a month since this happened. I opened a lot of tickets hoping to escalate because I couldn't do anything with the proxies. But it seems the business owner doesn't care. The service just sucks with the quality.

I will never ever come back to Actproxy. Worst support, low quality service.

We're not trying to be mean or upset anyone, and we apologize if we sounded contrary. As far as GSA SER goes we have limited stock due to ISPs abuse threshold. Again, apologies for that and we hope you find a better solution.

I have the exact same problem. I've been using this service for at least 1 year now and it used to be pretty solid, not sure what is going on at the moment, but it has certainly changed over the last couple of weeks.

Even though I'm running 50 threads out of a total of 100 threads allowed per proxy, most of my requests end up on a forbidden 403 - access denied squid error without even hitting the target URL.

I don't regularly check my crawler as it already works without my intervention in production mode, but due to this problem I've already wasted two weeks worth of cloud processing with very little results.

Please check ticket #538822. I'd like to either get a partial refund for the downtime or extra credit for the 2 wasted weeks.
 
I've got 100 proxies with you, some are dead since friday/saturday, are you going to fix this issue?

Please open a ticket if you haven't yet, we some minor problems with one of our European data centers but it has been fixed.

Wow, that video looked like it took a lot of time. You can't be that lazy or busy to post a video like that. So let me get this straight, you're upset because we clearly state in our terms of service that we cannot guarantee success on social media websites and you're trying to use our proxies with facebook and some of them don't work is that correct? We cannot guarantee success on social media websites, NO PROXY PROVIDER CAN, it isn't possible to know when social media websites will block or ban IPs. However, we can help you as we've tried to do, can you please respond to the ticket we tried to help you with and list the proxies that are not working for you. This is a simple problem that we can likely fix easily. Thank you.

I buy 10 proxies for 5$ for 1 months. EUROPEAN proxy for GSA use. I read before buying GSA is ok !

After 1 days my proxies get blocked from google
I write message to support for change my proxies they say i cant cuz i not eligeble. .
After this they change my proxies with USA proxies.. after 2 days i write i need European proxies they say you need pay 5$ again..

IF you not have source for GSA ,, why you provide this service? Just SAY one day GSA proxies.
And know i pay but i cant use my proxies.

As we have stated before a couple times in this thread, we don't have much stock for GSA SER due to the fact that the software destroys entire ISP networks and ISPs (the guys how own the IP space) don't allow that much spam on their network.
 
you can write "our proxy is not good for SEO TOOLS ( GSA)"

I would also like to state that the proxies you see not working in the video for actproxy.com are not working because the auth IP is incorrect, not because the proxies don't work. This video also just simply shows what we told the customer who posted it with a bad title.

So in general you're telling me *some* proxies in my packages have auth IP incorrect? How to make it incorrect in your system given that one package (25 proxies) has the same auth IP but *some* randomly doesn't work?

Anyway, more good for your business, let's talk in tickets now that you're answering me alright?
