A shared proxy has up to 3 people using the same proxy, and dedicated has only 1 person using the proxy. I call them shared and dedicated. Some use private for dedicated.

Can I use these proxies on GSA? Also, how often you can replace them if they will go ban against google search in GSA.

Yes you can use our proxies on GSA, and most of the time Google only blocks IPs and does not ban them. You have to be doing something pretty savage for Google to outright ban an IP. You can change your proxies out once per month.
