Fixed after lodging support ticket.

Can only choose where all proxies come from, not where each individual proxy I purchased can originate from, and I can only refresh it once.
 
Been waiting almost a full day for my proxies.

Just wanted to update. Proxies got delivered in 24 hours and worked great. Ended up purchasing a very big package. The 2nd package I emailed support after ordering and they got delivered within 2 hours.

Almost 24hrs and still nothing. Also, not responding to ticket either. At this rate I won't be even able to use them during the trial period. SMH.
 
I am using it for months, service was very good so far but for last few days there are some difficulties, proxies are very slow.Waiting for response to me ticket. Will let you know if proxies return to usable state. For now i am running on my own proxies on ips I have been saving for hosting domains and difference is huge, as always cheap comes at a price.
