Two out of my ten proxies are working. Asked to get them changed yesterday, still no response. Was working perfectly before all of this. How can you say all services are running normally?

No no no, you cant just say that and not offer anything as compensation. How about starting with answering tickets.
Well, I gave them a chance, canceled paypal subscription, but it turned out their are 2x invocies that want to double-charge me which is a fucking joke
And they deleted the support ticket without saying.
Some of my proxies are working but I think this is the end with them and me

For me actproxy provided terrible service. Lost all my proxies.
They offered me an extra week and some credit to my account but after they DELETED my tickets for no reason. No Thanks
The upgrade they tried failed so they had to roll back. But they might try to do the upgrade in the future.

17/60 of my proxies (in ActProxy) are NOT working. Tickets sent but I got very slow answer and no replacement/compensation.
I've been a loyal customer of ActProxy for very long time. What happened ? At least you need to replace new proxies and make sure all proxies working.

Please either answer & replace new proxies or Refund all my money since last month. Time is money and I got a lot of trouble because of ActProxy. Hope you understand!

Hey, for the people who are still struggling. I opened disputes on paypal and kept sending tickets about refunds. I have been fully refunded, maybe try that.
No, you are fucking lying man, the service are still not working properly. You were able to restore less then 1/4 of my IPs and even after that, some of the new IPs are not working. And the morons from your support are not responding, or respond with stupid answers like "Check you Auth IP"...
I'm your customer for over year, but you have pissed me off and I'm thinking about canceling all of my services...
Now it's second week I can't use the service properly. How do you dare to charge me the full amount?
Finally today they decided to replace my proxies but guess what? Half of them don't work. Giving me stupid responses in tickets saying that it is " a config issue" on my side or telling me to check the Auth IP. It's not my fault they are not working. They are avoiding answering my questions about refunds. The shit list thread isn't up yet but I hope it is soon.

Have you already opened a support ticket? If not please do and get this taken care of.
Opening PayPal disputes will actually slow down any refund request you have. We're not out to take people's money if you have money owed you'll get it back from us.
If you've been billed multiple times let us know and we'll refund the payments.
